Description
This tungsten electrode has 1.3 - 1.5% dispersed lanthanum oxide. It offers easy arc starting, great stability, less tip erosion, and a wider operating current range. It can replace 2% thoriated tungsten without radioactivity as they have similar operating features. It works for both DC and AC applications. It's AWS Class EWLa-1.5 with a gold color and sized 1/4'.
How to use: Insert the tungsten electrode into your welding equipment as per the manufacturer's instructions. It can be used for both DC and AC welding applications. Just make sure to set the appropriate current according to your welding needs.
