Blue Demon EWLa-1 3/32 1.5% Lanthanated Tungsten, 3/pk - TE15L-332-3T

This Blue Demon lanthanated tungsten electrode contains 1.3 - 1.5% dispersed lanthanum oxide. It offers great arc starting and stability, less tip erosion, and a wider operating current range. It can replace 2% thoriated tungsten non - radioactively as they have similar operating features. Suitable for both DC and AC applications. It's AWS Class EWLa - 1.5 with a gold color and sized 3/32'.

How to use: Insert the electrode into your welding equipment properly. Make sure it fits well and is tightened. For DC applications, adjust your equipment settings according to the thickness of the metal you're welding. For AC applications, set the appropriate frequency and amperage. Remember to keep a consistent distance between the electrode and the metal surface while welding. Precautions: Always wear proper safety gear like welding gloves and goggles.
