Product Description

The XMT family stands out in the industry for its portability and outstanding arc performance. The XMT 350 CC/CV is the top - choice model, offering great flexibility and simplicity. Auto - Line Power Management Technology enables connection to any input voltage (208 - 575 VAC, single - or three - phase) without manual linking, perfect for all job sites and unreliable power sources. It comes with advanced features for professional welders. Adaptive Hot Start™ makes starting stick electrodes a breeze without inclusions. Infinite arc control in Stick and Wire modes helps with difficult materials and out - of - position work. Lift - Arc™ starts the arc with minimal electrode contamination and no high - frequency use. The standard 14 - pin receptacle can be used with spool guns, feeders, and remote controls. The welder - friendly control panel simplifies setup with a process selector switch. Its tough polycarbonate - blended cover protects front controls, and large dual digital meters are easy to read and preset. You can choose between Dinse - or Tweco® - style weld cable connectors for high - quality connections. The machine is reliable with Wind Tunnel Technology™ protecting internal components and a Fan - On - Demand™ cooling system that reduces noise, energy use, and contaminants.

Using the Miller XMT 350 CC/CV is easy. First, connect it to the power source using the Auto - Line Power Management Technology. You don't need to worry about manual linking, just make sure the voltage is within 208 - 575 VAC, whether it's single - or three - phase. When starting the weld, if you're using stick electrodes, the Adaptive Hot Start™ feature will help you start easily. For better control, use the infinite arc control in Stick and Wire modes, especially when dealing with tough materials. The Lift - Arc™ is great for starting the arc without contaminating the electrode. Make sure to choose the right weld cable connector, either Dinse or Tweco®. Remember, Dinse connectors come with the machine, while Tweco connectors need to be ordered separately. As for maintenance, thanks to the Wind Tunnel Technology™, the internal components are well - protected. But still, keep the machine clean. The Fan - On - Demand™ cooling system will run when needed, reducing noise and energy use. Check the control panel regularly to ensure the polycarbonate - blended cover is intact and the meters are working properly. If you have any issues, consult the spec sheet for more detailed information.
