Description
The Miller XMT 400 ArcReach Narrow 6-pack Rack with 460/575V Tweco is a great solution for onsite work like construction and shipbuilding. It can hold multiple power sources conveniently. ArcReach lets you control the power source remotely without a cord, saving you time and money.
With ArcReach, you can work far from the power source. It cuts downtime and costs and gives you full control at the weld site. Remember, to use these features, pair the XMT 400 ArcReach with a Miller ArcReach feeder or remote.
This unit is very versatile. It supports MIG, pulsed-MIG, Stick, and DC TIG welding. It works on both three-phase and single-phase power. Thanks to Miller's Auto-Line™ technology, it can use 208 to 575 volts, single or three-phase, without manual changes. The Cable Length Compensation (CLC™) adjusts the output to keep performance steady over long cables.
ArcReach Technology
ArcReach boosts jobsite productivity. Welders can adjust voltage at the wire feeder or remote, no need to trace long cables back to the power source.
Cable Length Compensation
CLC™ makes sure you get the set voltage. It adjusts voltage based on cable length, even from far away.
Improved Jobsite Safety
ArcReach reduces slip, trip, and fall risks. Welders can change parameters at the feeder or remote instead of walking through messy jobsites.
Control Panel Lock Out
Connecting an ArcReach accessory locks out the panel controls. This stops other workers from changing parameters by mistake.
Auto-Process Select
Auto-Process Select sets the right weld process based on polarity. It lowers the chance of using the wrong process.
Auto-Line Technology
Auto-Line technology lets you work in more places. It calibrates the power source for any 208 - 575 volts, single or three-phase, 50 or 60 Hz input, no manual linking needed.
ArcReach Heater Compatibility
You can use it for field preheat and bakeout up to 600°F (315°C). The ArcReach Heater uses induction heating, so welders can preheat quickly and safely. It's an accessory for some ArcReach welding power sources.
Adjust While Welding
Welders can make fast and easy parameter changes at the feeder or remote, even when the arc is on. Only Miller offers this advanced feature.
