Description
Simple, Reliable, and Flexible!
The Flextec 350X PowerConnect is a versatile welding power source. Like other 350X models, it supports multiple welding processes such as Stick, TIG, pulsed, and CV MIG, along with arc gouging. The PowerConnect model can handle input voltages from 200V to 600V, single or 3 - phase. This means you can easily move it between job sites without worrying about the available input voltage. It automatically detects and adjusts to the incoming voltage, so no manual reconnection is needed. CrossLinc Technology comes standard, working with all Lincoln CrossLinc accessories.
Processes
- MIG (GMAW)
- Flux - Cored (FCAW)
- DC TIG (GTAW)
- Stick (SMAW)
- Air - Carbon Arc Gouging (CAC - A)
- Pulse is available on Flextec 350XP and PowerConnect models when paired with an Arclink - capable feeder (GMAW - P).
- STT Field is available on the Flextec 350X PowerConnect only when paired with the Activ8X Pipe wire feeder (STT Field).
Power Source Includes
An 8.5 - foot 4 - conductor/8 AWG input power cable
Features
- PowerConnect automatically connects to any incoming voltage from 200 - 575VAC, single or three - phase, 50 or 60Hz.
- Built - in pulse programs for carbon steel, stainless steel, metalcore, and aluminum. A Power Feed ArcLink wire feeder is required.

Accessories

Using the Lincoln Flextec 350X PowerConnect is straightforward. First, connect the 8.5 - foot 4 - conductor/8 AWG input power cable to a power source within the 200 - 575VAC range, whether it's single or three - phase, 50 or 60Hz. The machine will automatically detect and adjust to the voltage. Then, choose the appropriate welding process like MIG, TIG, or Stick based on your project. For pulse programs, you'll need a Power Feed ArcLink wire feeder. When using STT Field, pair the machine with the Activ8X Pipe wire feeder. As for maintenance, keep the machine clean and free from dust and debris. After each use, make sure to disconnect the power.
