Capture 5 Arm with ZoneFlow™ Technology
It creates a negative pressure zone that pulls air from up to 5 feet away to the center of the arm. The arm can rotate 360 degrees for easy positioning, reducing the need for hood adjustments.

Automatic Filter Cleaning
It extends filter life. Every time you turn off the machine, it cleans the filter from the inside out. Weld fume particulate goes into the disposal drawer. You can also use the manual button and filter cleaning gauge for full control.

Using the Miller Filtair Capture 5 Fume Extractor is straightforward. First, connect the primary power cord connector. Remember, the power cord is sold separately. Place the unit where you'll be welding and adjust the 12 - foot extraction arm to the desired position. The arm rotates 360 degrees, so it's easy to get it just right. Turn on the machine, and the ZoneFlow™ technology will start pulling in the fumes from up to 5 feet away. For maintenance, let the automatic filter cleaning do its job when you turn off the machine. This will clean the filter and deposit the particulate in the disposal bin. You can empty the bin by releasing the handles and sliding out the drawer. Check the filter cleaning gauge regularly and use the manual push - button if needed to ensure consistent fume extraction. Keep in mind that the filters are rated MERV 15, which is great for filtering weld fumes, and the FilTek® XL Filter Technology offers a long filter life. With these steps, your fume extractor will keep working well for a long time.
