Capture 5 Arm with ZoneFlow™ Technology
It creates a negative pressure zone that can funnel air from up to 5 feet away to the center of the arm. The arm can rotate 360 degrees, so you can position it easily without frequent hood adjustments.

Designed for welding fumes, this technology offers a longer filter life (up to 2 times that of treated cellulose filters) and can filter up to 95% of weld fume particulate.
Automatic Filter Cleaning
It extends the filter life. The automatic pulse cleaning cycle cleans the filter from the inside out when the machine is turned off. Particulate is removed and deposited in the disposal drawer. You can use the manual push button and filter cleaning gauge for full control.
Particulate Disposal Bin
It's easy to access and empty the collected particulate. Just release the handles to slide out the drawer.

Using the Miller Filtair Capture 5 Fume Extractor is simple. First, make sure it's properly connected to a power source (the power cord is sold separately). Position the 10 - foot extraction arm where you need it, thanks to its 360 - degree rotation. You can easily move and adjust the arm by hand without tools. When you start welding, the extractor will use its ZoneFlow™ technology to capture fumes from up to 5 feet away. As for maintenance, the automatic filter cleaning system will clean the filter from the inside out every time you turn off the machine. But you can also use the manual push button and filter cleaning gauge for more control. Periodically, check the particulate disposal bin and empty it by releasing the handles and sliding out the drawer. Remember, the filter has a MERV 15 rating and the FilTek® XL Filter Technology, which offers long - lasting performance, but it may need replacement over time depending on your usage.
