Using this TIG torch is easy. First, connect it properly to your Fronius water machine. Make sure the 3 - piece vinyl cable assembly is securely attached. When welding, the torch's 250 amp capacity at 100% duty cycle allows for continuous use. Remember, the water - cooling system is key to keeping the torch cool, so always ensure the water flow is normal. As for maintenance, regularly check the hardened brass head for any signs of wear. If the consumables start to show heavy wear, replace them to keep the torch working well. Also, check the water jacket for any blockages to maintain efficient heat transfer.
