Using your CK 150A TIG torch is easy. First, make sure your power source is set to the correct amperage, up to 150 amps. Connect the Superflex cable to your machine properly. Since it's a pencil - style torch, hold it like a regular pencil for better control. When using, keep in mind the 100% duty cycle at 150 amps, don't overheat it. In cold environments, the flexible cable will still work great, but avoid bending it too sharply. For maintenance, check the hardened brass head regularly for any signs of thread damage. If there is any wear on the collet body, replace the consumables which are CK's 3 series (10N). Keep the torch clean and dry to ensure long - lasting performance.
