Product Description

Description

Trim - Line torches are a great choice as they significantly cut down the torch's size and weight while still offering similar amperage capacity. This means easier handling without sacrificing performance.

  • The head has a larger coolant passage, ensuring better heat dissipation.
  • The flex head can bend up to 40 degrees from the centerline. Check below for detailed info and tips.
  • It supports 200 amp ACHF or DCSP at 100% duty cycle.
  • Comes with 3 Series Head Accessories.

CK Worldwide provides a full range of industry - standard torch models. Key features include a brass head instead of copper to prevent thread issues like seizing, stripping, or galling. The fail - safe hose fittings don't need wire ties, and the silicon rubber insulation offers top - notch protection against high - frequency leakage. A quick tip: Don't start bending the torch right out of the box. Strike a few arcs to warm up the coils inside the torch body for easier bending. You can bend the flexible area, usually between the handle start and about 1/2" before the head, up to a maximum of 40 degrees from the centerline. Try to keep the number of bends to a minimum and spread the bend over the whole neck of the torch.

Using your CK Worldwide 200A Trim - Line TIG Torch with Flex Head is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to your welding equipment. When you start using it, remember not to bend the torch right away. Strike a couple of arcs to warm up the coils inside the body, which will make it easier to bend the flexible part. The flexible area is generally between where the handle starts and about 1/2" before the head, and you can bend it up to 40 degrees from the centerline. Try to keep the number of bends to a minimum and spread the bend over the whole neck of the torch. For maintenance, the larger coolant passage in the head helps with heat dissipation, but it's a good idea to regularly check for any blockages. Also, since it has a brass head instead of copper, you don't have to worry as much about thread - related problems. But still, handle it gently. The fail - safe hose fittings don't need wire ties, but make sure they are securely attached. And the silicon rubber insulation protects against high - frequency leakage, so check it for any signs of wear and tear from time to time.
