Description
The Diamond Ground Monster 24™ TIG Nozzle Kit is a perfect fit for 17, 18, and 26 series TIG torches. It's designed for use with a 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode (not included). This Series 3 kit comes with two 1-1/2' size #24 nozzles that significantly enhance shielding gas coverage and allow for more tungsten electrode stick out. The internal screen stacks in the Monster TIG nozzles work with your standard gas lens to almost eliminate shielding gas turbulence and greatly expand the shielding gas coverage area. Better gas coverage means longer tungsten stick out and an unobstructed view of the weld puddle.
The kit includes two Monster 24 alumina nozzles with screen stacks, one 17GL332 gas lens, one 3/32 stubby collet, one nozzle insulator, one short back cap, and one medium back cap.

Using this TIG nozzle kit is easy. First, make sure your TIG torch is one of the 17, 18, or 26 series. Then, install the 17GL332 gas lens, 3/32 stubby collet, and the Monster 24 nozzles with the installed screen stacks. You can choose between the short back cap and the medium back cap according to your needs. When using, remember to use a 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode (not included in the kit). The kit helps improve shielding gas coverage, so you'll get a better view of the weld puddle. For maintenance, keep the nozzles clean. After use, you can gently wipe them to remove any debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they might damage the nozzles or the internal screen stacks. Also, check the gas lens regularly to make sure it's working properly. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the parts as needed.
