Description
The Diamond Ground Monster 24™ TIG Nozzle Kit is designed for 9 Series and 20 Series TIG torches, working with a 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode (MN24-2-332D).
This Monster 16™ Series 2 TIG nozzle kit for 9 and 20 series TIG torches comes with two 1-1/2' size #24 nozzles. These nozzles significantly enhance shielding gas coverage and enable greater tungsten electrode stick out. The internal screen stacks in the Monster TIG nozzles, combined with your standard gas lens, almost eliminate shielding gas turbulence and greatly expand the shielding gas coverage area. Better gas coverage allows for longer tungsten stick out, giving you a clear view of the weld puddle.
The Monster 24 TIG nozzle kit includes two Monster 24 alumina nozzles with screen stacks, one 45V44 gas lens, one 3/32 stubby collet, one nozzle insulator, one short back cap, and one medium back cap.
Features:
- Suited for 9 series air-cooled and 20 series water-cooled TIG torches
- Enhances shielding gas coverage for critical TIG welds
- Almost gets rid of gas turbulence
- Allows longer tungsten electrode stick out for a better weld puddle view
- Uses industry-standard gas lens and collet
- For use with 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode (not included)
Included with Product

Using this Monster 24 TIG Nozzle Kit is easy. First, make sure your TIG torch is either a 9 series air - cooled or a 20 series water - cooled one. Install the 45V44 gas lens, 3/32 stubby collet, nozzle insulator, and the appropriate back cap (either short or medium) as needed. Then, attach the Monster 24 nozzles with the installed screen stacks. When using, remember you need a 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode, which is not included in the kit. For maintenance, regularly check the screen stacks in the nozzles for any blockages or damage. Clean the nozzles and other components gently with a suitable cleaning agent. If any part shows significant wear or damage, replace it promptly to ensure the best performance of your TIG welding.
