This amazing Diamond Ground Monster 14 TIG Nozzle Kit is designed for 17, 18, and 26 series TIG torches. It's perfect for use with a 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode (not included). The kit comes with two 7/8' size #14 nozzles. These nozzles can greatly improve shielding gas coverage and allow for longer tungsten electrode stick out, giving you a clear view of the weld puddle. Inside the Monster TIG nozzles, there are internal screen stacks. They work with your standard gas lens to almost completely get rid of shielding gas turbulence and significantly increase the shielding gas coverage area. The Monster 14 TIG nozzle kit also includes two Monster 14 alumina nozzles with screen stacks, one 17GL332 gas lens, one 3/32 stubby collet, one nozzle insulator, one short back cap, and one medium back cap.

Using this Monster 14 TIG Nozzle Kit is easy. First, make sure your TIG torch is from the 17, 18, or 26 series. Then, install the gas lens and the collet according to the standard procedure. Next, put on the nozzles with the screen stacks. When using a 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode, you'll notice the improved shielding gas coverage and a better view of the weld puddle. As for maintenance, keep the nozzles clean after each use. You can use a soft brush to remove any debris. Also, check the screen stacks regularly for blockages. If there are any signs of wear or damage on the parts, replace them in time. Always follow safety procedures when working with TIG torches and this kit.
