Description
This Diamond Ground Monster 12™ TIG Nozzle Kit is perfect for 9 Series air - cooled and 20 Series water - cooled TIG torches. It's designed for use with a 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode (not included). The kit comes with two 3/4' size #12 nozzles. These nozzles significantly enhance shielding gas coverage, letting you have a longer tungsten electrode stick - out for a clear view of the weld puddle. The internal screen stacks in the nozzles work with the standard gas lens to almost eliminate shielding gas turbulence and expand the gas coverage area. The Monster 12 TIG nozzle kit includes two alumina nozzles with screen stacks, one 45V44 gas lens, one 3/32 stubby collet, one nozzle insulator, one short back cap, and one medium back cap.

Using this TIG nozzle kit is easy. First, make sure your 9 or 20 series TIG torch is turned off. Install the 45V44 gas lens, then insert the 3/32 stubby collet. Next, place the nozzle insulator on the torch and attach one of the Monster 12 nozzles with the installed screen stacks. Screw on either the short or medium back cap depending on your preference. When using a 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode, you'll notice better shielding gas coverage and a clear view of the weld puddle. As for maintenance, regularly clean the nozzles and the screen stacks to keep them in good condition. Avoid using abrasive materials that could damage the components. And always follow safety procedures when working with TIG torches.
