Description
The Diamond Ground Monster 16™ TIG Nozzle Kit is a perfect fit for 9 Series air - cooled and 20 Series water - cooled TIG torches. It's designed for use with 3/32' diameter tungsten electrodes (not included). This kit comes with two 1' size #16 nozzles. These nozzles are a game - changer as they greatly enhance shielding gas coverage and allow for longer tungsten electrode stick - out, giving you a clear view of the weld puddle. The internal screen stacks in the Monster TIG nozzles work with your standard gas lens to almost completely get rid of shielding gas turbulence and expand the shielding gas coverage area. This kit includes two Monster 16 alumina nozzles with screen stacks, one 45V44 gas lens, one 3/32 stubby collet, one nozzle insulator, one short back cap, and one medium back cap.
Features:
- Compatible with 9 series air - cooled and 20 series water - cooled TIG torches
- Boosts shielding gas coverage for high - quality TIG welds
- Nearly eliminates gas turbulence
- Enables longer tungsten electrode stick - out for a better weld view
- Utilizes industry - standard gas lens and collet
- For use with 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode

Using the Diamond Ground Monster 16 TIG Nozzle Kit is easy. First, make sure your TIG torch is either a 9 Series air - cooled or 20 Series water - cooled model. Insert the 3/32' diameter tungsten electrode (you'll need to get this separately) into the 3/32 stubby collet. Then, attach the 45V44 gas lens. Next, put on one of the Monster 16 nozzles with the installed screen stacks. You can choose between the short back cap and the medium back cap depending on your preference. When welding, the longer tungsten electrode stick - out gives you a great view of the weld puddle. Just be careful not to let the electrode touch the workpiece directly. For maintenance, after each use, clean the nozzles and the gas lens with a soft brush to remove any debris. Store the kit in a dry place to prevent rust and damage.
