Using the Miller Copilot with Auto Deltaweld 500 is a breeze. First, set up the system by hooking it up to power and welding gas as per the included instructions. The video setup guide can also help you with this. When programming, use the AccuGuide precision tuning and IntelliSet settings assistant to speed up the process. When relocating the Cobot Workstation, just follow the four - step process: disconnect utilities, raise the leveling feet, push it by hand, lower the leveling feet, and reconnect utilities. Always remember to wear appropriate personal protection equipment when working near a live arc. For maintenance, keep the weld ready tool surface clean and check the caster wheels regularly. If there are any issues with the included components like the Auto - Continuum 500 or the wire drive motor assembly, refer to the full spec sheet for troubleshooting.
