Product Description

Description

The Miller Copilot with Auto Continuum 350 features a 'Headless' power supply design. It shifts the user interface to the Copilot teach pendant, making operation a breeze compared to other models. With AccuGuide precision tuning and IntelliSet settings assistant, you'll program and weld faster. It's available in an air - cooled version, and a water - cooled one is coming this summer.

This is Miller's entry - level collaborative welding cell, perfect for welders new to robotic welding. Operators can load and unload from a single station that shares space with the robot envelope. It's ideal for new automation welding tasks and for experienced robotic welders dealing with high - mix, low - volume operations in a small area.

Features

Using the Miller Copilot with Auto Continuum 350 is quite straightforward. First, assemble the system as per the included video setup guide. It's easy as it's mounted on caster wheels and only needs an external hookup to power and welding gas. Place it in a suitable spot and adjust the leveling feet. The Copilot teach pendant is where you'll do most of your programming and operation. Use the AccuGuide and IntelliSet features to speed up your welding process. When it comes to loading and unloading, use the single station that shares space with the robot envelope. As for safety, always wear appropriate personal protection equipment when near the live arc. To relocate the workstation, follow the four - step process: disconnect utilities, raise the feet, move it by hand, lower the feet, and then reconnect. For maintenance, regularly check the tool surface, make sure the cables are in good condition, and keep the welding gun clean. Also, refer to the full spec sheet for more detailed information.
