Using the Optrel e684 PAPR with e3000x system is easy. First, put on the e684 welding helmet. Connect the helmet to the e3000X blower unit with the provided hose and secure the unit with the belt. Make sure the TH3 filter is properly installed before starting your work. When adjusting the air flow, you can set it according to your comfort. Just turn the adjustment knob on the blower unit to get the right air flow rate and distribution. As for the battery, charge it fully before use. You can expect up to 20 hours of operating time, but if you need longer, keep a spare battery on hand. Be careful when working in harsh conditions. Check the filter regularly, especially if you notice a decrease in air flow. When it's time to replace the filter, follow the instructions in the manual. To keep the system in good shape, clean the helmet and the blower unit after each use. Use a soft cloth to wipe them down. Store the system in a dry and cool place when not in use. Remember, the 2 - year manufacturing warranty doesn't cover the battery, so take good care of it.
