Using the Metabo large wire cup brush is easy. First, make sure your grinder is turned off and unplugged. Then, attach the brush to the grinder according to the manufacturer's instructions. For metal processing tasks like smoothing welding seams or stripping old paint, hold the grinder firmly and move the brush over the surface gently. Remember, the 4' cup has a maximum RPM of 9,000 and the 6' cup has a maximum RPM of 6,600, so don't exceed these limits. Only use these brushes on 7' - 9' grinders. When you're done, turn off the grinder and let it cool down. To maintain the brush, keep it clean and dry. If the wires start to wear out, it's time to replace the brush for the best results.
