Using the Miller Dynasty 800 TIG Welder is quite straightforward. First, connect the welder to a power source using the Auto - Line Technology, which can handle any voltage from 208 - 600V. You don't need to manually link anything. Then, use the 7 - inch LCD display to set up the machine and select your welding parameters. If you're tired of the noise, activate the Quiet Pulse feature by choosing the sine or triangular waveshape. For starting the arc, you can use either the Blue Lightning high - frequency arc starter for non - contact start or the Lift - Arc function for AC or DC arc initiation without high frequency. You can save your favorite settings in the nine program memories. When it comes to maintenance, make sure to keep the cooler clean. Since it has the Cooler - On - Demand feature, it will run only when needed, but still, check it regularly. Use the USB port on the front panel to update the software and back up your settings. Also, be aware that this is a power source only. Follow the welding procedure specification and use the locks and limits feature to control the weld parameter ranges.
