Using this TIG torch is straightforward. First, choose the appropriate length of the SuperFlex cable according to your working distance, either 12.5 or 25 feet. Then, attach the 2 Series torch head to the 230 - amp torch body. You can easily change the setup by swapping the torch head when needed. For welding, use the 360° variable - angle torch head to find the best position and lock it in place. This is especially useful for hard - to - reach spots and open root welds. When 'walking the cup' on open root welds, the torch's design will make the process smoother. For comfort, hold the torch with its ergonomic design in mind. As for maintenance, keep the torch clean and dry. Check the cables regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, refer to the TIG torch user manual or contact the manufacturer. Also, make sure to use the right consumables as indicated in the consumable chart.
