These Metabo nylon web bands are perfect for grinding, cleaning, and finishing tasks. They can effectively remove scratches, color runs, and oxide layers. Also great for preparing, pre - grinding, and polishing weld seams.
Here are the recommended circumferential speeds: 25 - 30 m/s for steel, 15 - 25 m/s for stainless steel, 30 - 40 m/s for soft NF metals, and 5 - 15 m/s for highly thermally resistant Ni / Co alloys.

Using these Metabo nylon web bands is easy. First, select the right circumferential speed based on the material you're working with. For steel, set the speed between 25 - 30 m/s; for stainless steel, 15 - 25 m/s; for soft NF metals, 30 - 40 m/s; and for highly thermally resistant Ni / Co alloys, 5 - 15 m/s. You can use them for grinding, cleaning, and finishing. They're also great for getting rid of scratches and polishing weld seams. When using, make sure to wear proper safety gear like goggles. After use, clean the bands gently and store them in a dry place to keep them in good condition. Each pack comes with 3 bands, so you'll have enough for multiple tasks.
