This Metabo polishing disc is crafted with compacted fleece on a fiberglass disc. It's ideal for cleaning, polishing surfaces, and smoothing weld seams, cutting down on the number of work stages. It works great on alloy and high - alloy steels, colored and light metals, chrome and nickel steels, titanium, and regular steels. With a max speed of 8,000 /min (52 m/s) and a recommended speed of 3,000 /min, it offers efficient performance. The disc has a diameter x thickness x bore of 5' x 7/8' x 22.23 mm and a very fine grit. It comes in a package of 1 or 5.

Using this Metabo fleece compact polishing disc is easy. First, make sure your machine's speed is set within the recommended range of 3,000 /min. Attach the disc securely to your tool. Then, gently apply the disc to the surface you want to clean, polish, or smooth the weld seams. Move it in a steady, even motion. When using, always wear appropriate safety gear like goggles. Don't exceed the maximum speed of 8,000 /min as it can be dangerous and may damage the disc. After use, clean the disc with a soft brush to remove any debris. Store it in a dry place to keep it in good condition.
