To use this Hypertherm FineCut nozzle, first make sure your Powermax45 XP, Powermax65, or Powermax85 is turned off. Install the nozzle following the manufacturer's instructions. When you're ready to cut, set the appropriate parameters for your material thickness. Remember, this nozzle is best for materials 3/16' and thinner. During operation, keep an eye on the cut quality. If it starts to degrade, it might be time to replace the nozzle. After use, turn off the machine and let it cool down. Store the nozzle in a dry place to extend its life.
