Product Description

Description

The Miller Invision Mpa Plus is an outstanding welding machine. It has push - pull aluminum capability, which is a breeze to set up. Just choose your wire diameter, wire type, and the gas you're using, set the wire speed, and you're ready to strike an arc.

The synergic pulsed MIG feature ensures seamless communication between the power source, feeder, and gun. When the wire speed changes, the pulse parameters adjust accordingly to provide the right amount of power.

Get the XR - Aluma - Pro Plus Push - Pull Gun in 15, 25, or 35 ft lengths. It offers extended reach with reliable and trouble - free feeding. You can pick either the air or water - cooled version. Alumination technology guarantees consistent and versatile aluminum wire feeding.

The D - 74 MPa Plus Dual Wire Feeder is highly versatile. You can set one side for soft wires like aluminum and use the other to push various hard wires, saving you both time and money. There's also an S - 74 MPa Plus Single Feeder available.

SharpArc technology improves puddle fluidity during Pulsed MIG welding. The Profile Pulse feature gives you a stacked dime weld bead appearance without back - stepping.

With synergic one - knob control, making adjustments is super easy. Just set the wire feed speed, and the system takes care of the rest.

This machine has exceptional electrical efficiency, reaching 87.24% at 400A. It provides 350 A of welding output at a 60% duty cycle with great low - end performance.

A power factor of.95 allows for smaller fuses/breakers and primary wiring. It draws 25% less primary amperage at rated output compared to competitors.

The ultra - tough, polycarbonate - blended cover protects the front controls from damage. Being dual feeder capable means you can have two wires ready for different jobs, reducing setup time and cost.

The Auto - Line Power Management Technology lets you hook up to any input voltage from 208 to 575 V without manual linking, perfect for unreliable power sources. The Fan - On - Demand cooling system runs only when needed, reducing noise, energy use, and contaminants.

The Line Voltage Compensation keeps the welding output stable even if the input power varies by +/- 10%. The 350 MPa models have even better compensation on 460 VAC, up to +37%, - 59%.

Using the Miller Invision Mpa Plus is quite straightforward. First, set up the machine. Select the wire diameter, wire type, and the gas you'll be using. Then, set the wire speed and you can strike an arc to start welding. When it comes to the gun, you can choose the XR - Aluma - Pro Plus Push - Pull Gun in different lengths depending on your reach needs. And you have the option between air - cooled and water - cooled versions. The D - 74 MPa Plus Dual Wire Feeder is really handy. You can set one side for soft wires like aluminum and the other for hard wires. This way, you don't have to switch setups for different jobs, saving you time and money. Remember, the machine has a Fan - On - Demand cooling system. It'll run only when it's needed, so don't be worried if it doesn't run all the time. Also, thanks to the Auto - Line Power Management Technology, you can connect it to any input voltage from 208 to 575 V without doing any manual linking. For maintenance, keep the machine clean. The ultra - tough, polycarbonate - blended cover protects the front controls, but still, try to avoid any physical damage. Check the wire feed system regularly to ensure smooth operation. And if the input power varies, the Line Voltage Compensation will keep the welding output constant, but it's always good to have a stable power source when possible.
