Description
The Miller Deltaweld 500 is an all - in - one welding solution suitable for welders of all skill levels. It now comes with pulse capabilities in a single package.
User - Friendly Design
The EZ - Set feature simplifies parameter setup according to material thickness. This cuts down on complexity and reduces the time needed for welder training.
Combining Legacy with Pulse
The Deltaweld, capable of pulsed MIG and paired with the Intellx Pro feeder, offers a 28% wider operating window and a more forgiving arc. It compensates for differences in operator technique, allowing welders to start production faster.
ArcConnect Advantage
The next - generation communication system enhances weld performance and enables point - of - use controls at the feeder.
Fan - On - Demand
The fan operates only when required, which reduces noise, power consumption, and the amount of airborne contaminants entering the machine.
Wire Feeder Options
- Intellx Feeder: A new arc control feature helps welders create better welds with minimal parameter adjustments.
- Intellx Pro Feeder: Adds Accu - Pulse, EZ - Set, steel weld programs, and memory buttons.
Gouge Mode
The Deltaweld 500 has a dedicated constant - current carbon arc gouge mode, designed for gouging up to 3/8' carbons.
Backwards Compatibility
There's a model available with both ArcConnect and the standard Miller 14 - pin, compatible with older Miller wirefeeders.
Wind Tunnel Technology
The internal air flow protects electrical components and PC boards from dirt, dust, and debris, significantly improving reliability.

Accessories

Using the Miller Deltaweld 500 is easy. First, set up the parameters using the EZ - Set feature according to the material thickness. This will simplify the process and get you ready to weld quickly. If you're using the Intellx or Intellx Pro feeder, take advantage of their unique features to improve your weld quality. When using the gouge mode, make sure you're using carbons up to 3/8' as it's designed for that size. For maintenance, thanks to the fan - on - demand feature, the machine reduces the intake of contaminants. However, you should still keep it in a clean environment. The wind tunnel technology helps protect the internal components, but it's a good idea to check for any dust or debris build - up from time to time. And because it has backwards compatibility, if you're using an older Miller wirefeeder, you can connect it without any issues. Just follow the normal safety procedures when operating, and you'll have a great welding experience with this machine.
