Using this bundle is easy. First, take out the old sweatbands from your 3M G5 - 02 helmet and replace them with the new ones from the 2 - pack. Then, remove the worn - out outside and inside protection plates and put in the new ones from the 5 - pack and 2 - pack respectively. When using your helmet, avoid exposing it to extreme heat or cold as it can damage the plates and sweatbands. For maintenance, clean the sweatbands regularly with mild soap and water. Wipe the protection plates with a soft cloth to keep them clean. Store your helmet in a cool, dry place when not in use.
