Using this Metabo Flexiamant flap disc is easy. First, make sure your grinder is turned off and unplugged. Attach the disc securely to the grinder. When you start grinding, keep the disc at a proper angle and apply gentle pressure. This will help you get a smooth and uniform finish. For fillet welds, move the grinder steadily along the weld for efficient processing. For surface grinding, make even back - and - forth or circular motions. Remember, the maximum working speed of this disc is 80 m/s, so don't exceed this speed to avoid any damage. Also, wear safety goggles and gloves when using it. After each use, clean the disc to remove any debris. Store it in a dry place to keep it in good condition. This will help maintain its high cutting output and long tool life.
