Lincoln EH-305 HD Electrode Holder - K909-7

This insulated stick electrode holder offers reliable performance and improved operator comfort. It's suitable for electrode diameters from 1/8 - 1/4 inches (3.2 - 6.4mm). It can handle 300 amps at a 60% duty cycle at 104°F/40°C or 400 amps at a 35% duty cycle at the same temperature.

To use this electrode holder, first, select an electrode with a diameter between 1/8 - 1/4 inches (3.2 - 6.4mm). Insert it firmly into the holder. When welding, make sure to follow the rated amperage and duty - cycle guidelines. For example, at 104°F/40°C, you can use 300 amps at a 60% duty cycle or 400 amps at a 35% duty cycle. Don't exceed these limits to avoid damage. After use, clean the holder to remove any debris or metal particles. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the holder immediately.
