This V-Groove drive roll kit is designed for feeding .030 inch wire. It comes with 2 drive rolls and 1 inlet guide, suitable for Millermatic 200, 210, 212, 250, 251, 252, DVI, Pulser, Vintage, 22, 32, 52, and Suitcase Series or Reach wire feeders. It's highly recommended for feeding solid steel and stainless steel MIG wires.
Using this drive roll kit is easy. First, install the 2 drive rolls and the 1 inlet guide into your compatible wire feeder according to the feeder's manual. When using, make sure the wire is properly aligned with the V-Groove of the drive rolls for smooth feeding. For maintenance, regularly clean the drive rolls to remove any debris or metal shavings. Avoid using excessive force when handling the rolls to prevent damage. If you notice any abnormal wear or performance issues, replace the drive rolls promptly.
