Description
This Metabo die grinder stands out with its high torque and compact build, thanks to a strong planetary gear. It features a spindle lock for easy tool changes. The cast aluminum bearing flange ensures a long machine lifespan. The Vario-Constamatic (VC) full-wave electronics allow you to work at custom speeds for different materials, and the speed stays steady even under load. You can preselect the speed using the thumbwheel. There's an electronic safety shutdown in case the tool stops suddenly, and restart protection to prevent accidental start-ups after a power cut. The electronic overload protection extends the service life. It has a precise collar for stationary use and a removable protective rubber cap for comfortable and safe handling. The slim housing makes it easy to hold, and the precision collet guarantees accurate concentricity. The Metabo long-life motor with patented dust protection also contributes to a long service life. This handy grinder, with its high torque, is perfect for grinding inner and outer surfaces when used with flap wheels.

Using the Metabo GE 950 G Plus die grinder is straightforward. First, select the appropriate tool and use the spindle lock to install it easily. You can pre - set the speed according to the material you're working with using the thumbwheel. When starting, make sure the power supply is stable to avoid the restart protection from kicking in. For stationary work, use the precise collar to keep the grinder in place. Wear the protective rubber cap for a comfortable and safe grip. When the grinder is running, if the tool stops unexpectedly, the electronic safety shutdown will activate to protect you. Also, thanks to the electronic overload protection, you don't have to worry too much about overworking the machine. However, to ensure a long service life, don't push it to the limit for extended periods. After use, clean the grinder to prevent dust from accumulating, especially around the motor which has patented dust protection. Store it in a dry place to avoid any damage. And remember, the side handle is not included, so if you need it, you'll have to get one separately.
