The CW-300 Circle Wiz cutting attachment is essential for those who need to cut small to medium holes in plates or pipes. It's extremely useful for cutting holes for matching saddle cuts, weldolets, and threadolets. Made of high - quality finished steel, it offers great durability. The universal bushing can fit any size or brand of conventional cutting torch. With three set screws, it easily attaches to any oxy - fuel torch tip. It can cut holes with diameters from 5/8" to 8". For larger holes, we recommend the Chariot Cutting Guide P/N 24219. You can simply slide the center pen along the hex arm to get the desired hole radius. Just place the sharpened point on the center mark and start cutting.
Using the CW - 300 Circle Wiz cutting attachment is easy. First, attach it to your oxy - fuel torch tip with the three set screws. Then, adjust the center pen along the hex arm to set the radius of the hole you want to cut. Place the sharpened point on the center mark of the plate or pipe. You're now ready to start cutting. Make sure to follow all safety precautions when using the cutting torch. After use, clean the attachment to keep it in good condition. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting.
