Using this consumable kit is easy. First, make sure your Fronius MTG 320i MIG Gun is turned off. Then, choose the right contact tips according to the wire size you're using, either .030 or .035. Replace the old contact tips with the new ones from the kit. Screw on the diffuser and nozzles tightly. When you're done using the gun, put all the consumables back in the plastic storage box for safekeeping. Some important things to keep in mind. Always wear proper safety gear like gloves and goggles when using the MIG gun. Don't use the consumables if they look damaged. Also, keep the Baker's Gas Sticker in a safe place as it might come in handy for some information. For maintenance, regularly check the contact tips for wear and tear. If they're worn out, replace them with new ones from the kit. Clean the diffuser and nozzles after each use to make sure they work well. Store the kit in a dry place to prevent rust and damage.
