The 3 consumable pieces easily replace your current setup. To protect your plasma machine from moisture, which can shorten consumable lifespan, we recommend the Hypertherm air filtration kit. Just plug it into the air line between the machine and the hose. Included in the bundle are a Hypertherm FineCut Nozzle 5/pk (220930), a Hypertherm FineCut Deflector (220931), a Hypertherm FineCut Swirl Ring (220947), a Hypertherm Eliminizer Air Filtration Kit (128647), and a Hypertherm Powermax45 Dust Cover (127219).
Using this bundle is easy. First, if you're using the Hypertherm Duramax hand torch with the 45XP, just replace your current consumable pieces with the ones in the bundle. The Hypertherm FineCut Nozzle, Deflector, and Swirl Ring are simple to install. For the air filtration kit, find the air line between your machine and the hose and plug it in. This will keep moisture out of your plasma machine. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the air filtration kit to make sure it's working well. Replace it if it gets clogged. Also, keep an eye on the consumable pieces. When they start to show signs of wear, replace them to keep getting the best cutting results. Store the dust cover in a dry place when not in use and put it on your Powermax45 when it's not working to protect it from dust.
