Using your Metabo angle grinder is easy. First, make sure all the included parts like the guard, inner support flange, M-Quick flange nut, and side handle are properly attached. To change the disc, just use the Metabo Quick System and press the button to loosen the quick flange nut. You can adjust the speed with the Vario - Tacho - Constamatic (VTC) electronics using the thumbwheel according to the material you're working on. When using it, always hold the side handle firmly to reduce vibrations and ensure your safety. If the disc jams, the Metabo S - automatic safety clutch will kick in to minimize kickback. Remember, the motor has auto - stop carbon brushes, so don't try to force it if it stops suddenly. After use, clean the grinder to remove any dust or debris. Keep it in a dry place and check the cords regularly for any signs of damage. Also, the electronic overload protection is there to keep the grinder in good shape, so don't ignore it if it shuts off. If there's a power cut, the restart protection will prevent accidental startup, so wait for the power to stabilize before starting again. And if you're left - handed, you can adjust the gear housing in 90 - degree steps for a more comfortable grip.
