Alumina nozzles are made from super - durable alumina. They offer excellent electrical insulation, high impact and heat resistance, good thermal conductivity, and resist spatter build - up. Ideal for most welding jobs, except in tight work areas.

To use these alumina gas lens cups, just install them properly in your welding equipment as you would with normal nozzles. When using, make sure you're in a suitable welding environment, not in extremely confined spaces as recommended. For maintenance, clean them regularly to remove any spatter that may have accumulated. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, it's best to replace them. Store them in a dry place to keep their quality intact.
