The Miller Digital Elite 4x ClearLight Auto - Darkening Welding Lens is a top - notch replacement for your Miller Elite welding helmet. It offers a bright, sharp, and clear view of the weld puddle with more realistic colors in both light and dark states. This lens comes with a three - year warranty.

Traditional vs ClearLight 4x
  • Digital Controls with Four Arc Sensors and Four Modes: Weld Mode™ (Shades #8 - 13), Cut Mode™ (Shades #5 - 8), Grind Mode (Light State #3), and X - Mode™ (Shades #8 - 13).
  • X - Mode™: Ideal for outdoor sunlight interference, low - amperage TIG, pipe/curves, obstructed sensors, and hidden/cavity welds with electromagnetic arc sensing.
  • Memory Function: Easily switch between two preset memory settings.
  • Half - shade Settings: Make precise lens adjustments.
  • InfoTrak™ 2.0: An exclusive arc tracking tech that monitors arc time and count for quoting and worker safety.
  • AutoSense™: Solve helmet sensitivity setting issues by pushing and holding the button to set it automatically for your environment.
  • Auto - on/off: The lens powers on at the strike of an arc.

Using the Miller Digital Elite 4x ClearLight ADF is easy. First, make sure it's properly installed in your Miller Elite welding helmet. To adjust settings, use the digital controls. For example, select the appropriate mode like Weld Mode, Cut Mode, Grind Mode, or X - Mode according to your task. If you need to set the sensitivity, use the AutoSense™ feature. Just push and hold the button to let it adjust to your environment. When using the memory function, set your preferred settings and switch between them easily. As for half - shade settings, use them to fine - tune the lens. For maintenance, keep the lens clean. You can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe it. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the lens. If you encounter any issues, refer to the three - year warranty and contact the support team. Also, remember that the Auto - on/off feature powers the lens when an arc starts, so you don't have to worry about manually turning it on and off during welding.
