Accessories

Using the Miller Thunderbolt 210 DC Stick Welder is straightforward. First, make sure you have a 240V power source as this machine isn't adaptable to 110V. Connect the 6.5 ft. power cord to the power supply. Then, attach the 10 ft. electrode cable with the electrode holder and the 10 ft. work cable with the clamp to the appropriate spots on the welder. You can use the amperage control to set the right amount of power for your welding job. Thanks to the hot start technology, starting the arc is easy. When you're done, unplug the welder from the power source. Store it in a dry place, and keep the included cable pouch handy to organize the cables. Always wear proper safety gear like gloves and a welding mask when using the welder. Also, check the cables regularly for any signs of damage and replace them if needed.
