Description
This Miller Coolant Flow Switch is designed for Auto - Axcess. It ensures that coolant is flowing in the system, preventing damage to water - cooled guns caused by lack of coolant flow. The module allows easy wiring into the peripheral connector port. It comes with a 50 ft (15.2 m) cable with a connector and a separate shell connector, enabling simple length modification in the field. It can be easily mounted on Auto - Axcess or other desired locations with a 1/4 - turn quick connection.
How to use: First, connect the coolant flow switch to the Auto - Axcess or your desired location using the 1/4 - turn quick connection. Then, wire it into the peripheral connector port. You can adjust the cable length as needed in the field. Note: Make sure the coolant is flowing properly to avoid damaging the water - cooled guns. Maintenance advice: Regularly check the cable for any signs of wear and tear. Ensure that the connection points are clean and tight. If you notice any issues with the coolant flow, check the switch immediately.
