Using the Hypertherm SmartSYNC Robotic Torch is easy. First, install the consumables by simply twisting them on. You don't need to return to the power supply to change applications or consumables. Just use the power and amperage adjustment controls on the handheld model. When changing consumables, it should only take about 10 seconds. For safety, always make sure the power supply is turned off before any installation or removal. Keep the torch clean and dry. If it gets dirty, use a soft cloth to wipe it. Regularly check the 50 - foot lead for any signs of damage. This will help the torch work well and last longer.
