This Metabo backing pad features a hook-and-loop design with a flexible foam - molded intermediate layer. It's perfect for attaching polishing and sanding accessories. Ideal for polishing and medium - hard grinding jobs, especially recommended to use with Metabo Pyramid hook and loop sanding sheets.

Using this Metabo backing pad is easy. First, find the hook - and - loop sanding or polishing accessory you want to use. Press it firmly onto the backing pad until it attaches securely. You're then ready to start your polishing or medium - hard grinding job. When using, make sure to keep the work area clean and free of debris. Don't apply too much pressure as it might damage the pad or the accessory. After use, gently remove the accessory from the backing pad. Wipe the pad with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or residue. Store it in a cool, dry place to keep it in good condition.
