The OXWELD C-63 torch offers a cutting range from 9 inches to 60 inches. It supports alternate fuels and has separate preheat and cutting oxygen inlets. The off - center 180° head is a great feature. You can widen the kerf by rotating the torch and then insert it into the kerf to deepen the cut. It uses 1808 series cutting tips.
Using this ESAB C - 63 - 72 - 180 torch is easy. First, make sure you have the right alternate fuel ready. Connect the preheat and cutting oxygen to their respective inlets. Select a 1808 series cutting tip. When you start cutting, you can adjust the cut width by rotating the torch's 180° off - center head. If you need a deeper cut, insert the torch into the kerf. Remember to always wear proper safety gear like goggles and gloves. After use, turn off the fuel and oxygen supplies. Keep the torch clean and store it in a dry place. Regularly check the cutting tips for wear and replace them if needed.
