This Miller V-Knurl drive roll kit is ideal for feeding flux cored wires. The V-Knurl drive roll is designed for 0.045 inch (0.9 mm) flux cored or metal cored welding wires. The kit includes 2 drive rolls and 1 inlet guide, suitable for Millermatic 200, 210, 212, 250, 251, 252, 255, DVI, Pulser, Vintage, 22, 32, 52 and Suitcase Series or Reach wire feeders.
Using this Miller drive roll kit is easy. First, make sure your wire feeder is turned off. Then, install the two drive rolls and the inlet guide according to the instructions for your specific Millermatic model. When feeding the flux cored or metal cored welding wires, ensure they are properly aligned with the drive rolls. As for maintenance, regularly clean the drive rolls to prevent debris build - up.
