This is a Miller .035 contact tip that fits all M-Series MIG guns. It's a replacement tip made for .030 inch (0.9 mm) solid or flux-cored welding wires. You can use it with M-10, M-15, M-25, M-40, M-100 or M-150 MIG guns, which are the standard guns on most Millermatic MIG welders.
Using this Miller contact tip is easy. First, make sure your M-Series MIG gun is turned off and cooled down. Then, replace the old tip with this .035 tip. It's designed for .030 inch solid or flux - cored welding wires, so use those types of wires for the best results. When using it with M-10, M-15, M-25, M-40, M-100 or M-150 MIG guns, always follow the safety guidelines of your Millermatic MIG welder. For maintenance, regularly check the tip for signs of wear and tear. If it looks damaged or worn out, replace it promptly to ensure good welding performance. Keep it clean and dry when not in use.
