The Flange Aligner 38240-TL is our largest model. It fits flanges with hole diameters ranging from 1/2” to 1-15/16”. This Pipe Flange Aligner offers amazing features. In one easy step, it can horizontally align two holes of the flange with the ground and vertically level the flange face. The threaded models come with fast release double lead threads. All models have a pin with a 360° vial for easy vertical leveling, which can be quickly snapped in and out for replacement. It saves a lot of fit - up time, often cutting it in half and eliminating the hassle of balancing a level on the pins. Made from machined steel, it's a sturdy and long - lasting tool.
Using the Flange Aligner 38240 - TL is easy. First, select the appropriate pin for your flange's hole size. Insert the pin into the flange holes. Then, use the tool to horizontally align two holes of the flange with the ground and vertically level the flange face in one go. When using the threaded models, take advantage of the fast release double lead threads for quick adjustments. For vertical leveling, use the pin with the 360° vial. It snaps in and out easily, so if it gets damaged, you can replace it quickly. Be careful when handling the tool to avoid dropping it, as it's made of steel and can be heavy. After use, clean the tool to remove any dirt or debris. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting. Regularly check the pins and threads for wear and tear. If you notice any issues, it might be time for replacement parts.
